I don't know for certain that heaven exists, but if it does, I'm pretty sure I'm going to find it beside a white clay dam on a mallee-fringed plain, the sky stretching above like an azure eternity, two black dogs with their tails in the air and my two year old child, warm sun on his face and the wind combing his hair like a mother's hand as he hurls himself into my arms.
